What are the delivery options and charges?

Our various delivery options for France are*:

  • Colissimo to a pickup point
  • Colissimo home delivery with or without signature
  • Mondial Relay to a pickup point

Returns are possible within 15 days of receipt.

When will my order be dispatched?

Dispatch time of 3 to 5 working days within mainland France, excluding public holidays, from the date the order is charged.

I haven't received my purchase confirmation email, what should I do?

It may be hiding in your spam folder. If the confirmation email is neither in your inbox nor your spam, don't worry! Simply log in to your account to find all the information about your order, or contact us at contact@peelou.fr

How do I get my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent to you automatically by email.

How do I track my parcel?

We send you a tracking number by email within 24 to 48 hours of your order being dispatched. Simply enter this number here to check the status of your Colissimo delivery, and here for Mondial Relay deliveries.

I made an online purchase, how do I make a return?

If your order isn't right for you, you have 15 days to return it for a refund. Return postage is on us thanks to a prepaid return label. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

To make your return, please follow these steps:

1. Send us an email at contact@peelou.fr to obtain a prepaid return label.

2. On a separate sheet of paper, note your order number, the references being returned and the reason for your return.

3. Place the item, the note and your invoice in sturdy packaging.

4. Send the parcel to the following address:

Be sure to keep proof of postage.

Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded. We only issue refunds.

These shipments remain entirely your responsibility in the event of any problem or loss by the delivery services.

Can I change the size if it doesn't fit?

We know it can be hard to choose the right size from a distance. If the size you receive doesn't fit, we'll handle the exchange to make sure your child gets a perfectly fitting pyjama.

When will I be refunded?

We will refund the amount of the returned item(s) within 15 days of registering your return. The refund will be made to the payment method you used for your order.
